Why advertised in the internet?

Internet is one of the multiple media’s used to reach people, therefore it has become the favorite one used. There are thousands of companies that by the end of the 90’s and beginning of the 21st century had their web site set up, opening a path to increase global expectations, in other words, helping people know their products and services at a reasonable worldwide cost during 24 hours the 365 days a year.

Internet helps you obtain the best and the more secure advertising possible, it helps you know how many people exactly have seen the advertising “banner,” the amount of time the advertising is being showed and additionally the amount of time that the users have seen it and “click” on it.

There are ten (10) advices for advertising in the web that we can mention:

1. The main difference between Internet and any other kind of advertising support will be “interaction of the advertising” that is why it is of main importance to have an email account so that clients can contact the company at any time.
   
2. Internet must be use as a sales catalog of your products, in other words, when a client is unaware of your products or services you may encourage them to look at the pages of your web site to answer any questions that they might have.
3. Print out your Internet address in your presentation cards as well as any commercial documentation, so that when you will give out you will also be handing out a catalog of your company. 
4. During business meetings notify your clients or colleagues of your web site and encourage them to visit it.  If you sale any kind of services you’ll be making them tangible.
   
5. Make sure to add your web page on other types of advertising you may have such as radio, newspapers, etc in that way people would be able to acquire more information about your products or services.
   
6. Ask your clients if they have internet connection in their work place in that way you’ll be able to encourage them to visit your site.
   
7. Make sure you develop a good name in the Internet, answer all messages you received as prompt as you can.  By using email it will help you not only save time but money.  In order to filter information ,you may also use petition forms, reserve forms, etc.
   
8. Make sure to bring your web site up to date by changing or adding photos, information, etc in that way you rouse the user to visit it periodically.
   
9. It is very important that the personnel which deals with clients be able to provide all electronic addresses to those who ask for them, that is why they must have access to a computer at all times.
